Who It Serves

Housing is prioritized for service professionals and their families: teachers, healthcare workers, police officers and public servants.

The Homes

A mix of detached homes and townhomes, designed for comfort, privacy and community life, with shared amenities and integrated retail.

The Model

Rents stay affordable while each community covers its own operations, and projects are staggered across regions so resources go where communities are ready.

The Collateral

Las Ánimas Gold Mine

A producing underground gold mine in Santa Isabel, Tolima, worked since 1921 and converted to a modern trackless operation with its own processing plant.
